When Every Second Counts, Preparation Matters.

Practical bleeding control education for workplaces, businesses and public venues.

About the Program

Simple Skills. Critical Moments.

STOP THE BLEED® is an internationally recognised public education initiative developed by the American College of Surgeons. It teaches people to recognise life-threatening bleeding and take immediate action until emergency services arrive.

No prior healthcare training is required. STOP THE BLEED® is designed for everyone -- from frontline staff and security teams to managers and volunteers. In a mass casualty or workplace emergency, bystanders are often the first on the scene. This training gives them the knowledge and confidence to act.
